Search Specialist
Position Summary
The Search Specialist will be responsible for scoping, strategising, setting up and managing Paid and Organic Search campaigns for iProspect clients, across a number of different verticals. This role involves running integrated campaigns across both search disciplines and taking a strategic and holistic view of the search space, to deliver premium results and maximise ROI for clients.
Detailed Job Description
- develop an in-depth understanding of client’s
business objectives and campaign history
- apply the above learnings to new and existing Paid Search
campaigns
- implement, analyse and optimise Paid Search campaigns
- liaise and maintain beneficial relationships
- document all strategies and creative for clients and their
campaigns
- expertly manage client and supplier relationships to
maximise account goals
- be experienced with and/or able to quickly acclimate to bid
management tools and technologies – both proprietary and
non-proprietary
- be commercially and financially astute across all facets of
Paid and Organic campaigns
- be confident in managing multiple campaigns, budgets and
client spends and proactively upselling the above components when
opportunities arise
- brainstorm and write all Paid Search creative with
excellent language and grammar
- create, run and present complicated reporting dashboards
– internally and to clients
- document strategies for and implement ongoing Organic
Search campaigns for multiple clients
- liaise regularly with Paid Search discipline to share
learnings and use them to maximise campaigns
- monitor, research and present on industry and search
specific changes
- create working campaign registers for weekly client meetings
- recommend and/or implement simple to complex technical and
usability solutions to enhance client’s visibility, traffic
and rankings
- recommend and/or implement simple to complex on-page and
content solutions to enhance client’s visibility, traffic and
rankings
Skills/Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years experience managing Paid and/or Organic Search
campaigns for multiple clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adept at time management and prioritising multiple tasks
- Highly analytically and numerically focused with excellent
attention to detail
- Highly skilled at report generation and presentation
- Ability to adapt well to new technology and communicate
technical functionality to others
- Reasonable understanding of HTML, Javascript, Flash and
other digital technologies
- Experience with web analytics packages
- Fluent in Microsoft Office
